天霸泰尼（Tinie Tempah），是英國的Papper。
有著奈及利亞血統的他在2007年錄製了自己的首張混音帶。
他的第一張專輯《Disc-Overy》在2010年10月10日一經發售，
就產生了兩首冠軍單曲「Pass Out」和「Written in the Stars」。
